What was she taking in 2014, and at what dose?
For most families that question costs an afternoon, a stack of paper, and sometimes a fee to someone who can read a doctor's handwriting. Prescryption is where the answer lives instead.

The record already exists. It is just unreadable.
It is on paper
Thirty years of treatment can sit in one plastic bag. Every dose change, every switch of brand, every test — written by hand, filed by nobody.
Brand names drift
The same medicine is sold under a dozen names across a decade. Prescryption records what the doctor wrote and quietly notes the molecule underneath, so the history stays one thread instead of twelve.
Nobody can read it but you
Your records are encrypted on your phone before anything is saved. We hold no key. That is a design decision, not a promise — here is exactly how it works.
What you can actually put in it
Visits
Date, doctor, department, hospital, reason, and what was said.
Medicines
Brand as written on the slip, strength, dose pattern, how long to take it — drawn from an index of 244,000 Indian brands.
Tests & scans
Around 1,000 tests, from a haemogram to an MRI, including what is actually available in Imphal. Panels expand into every value the lab printed.
The prescription itself
One photograph per visit, compressed on the device, so the doctor's own page is always there behind the typed record.
Why it is called Prescryption
Two words, joined where they overlap: the prescription a doctor hands you, and the encryption that makes keeping thirty years of them safe rather than reckless. The odd spelling is the join.
It began under a different name — Ema, which is Meitei for mother. In most families she is the one who remembers which tablet was stopped and why, who keeps the folder, who knows the dose without looking. That work is invisible, and almost nothing is designed for it.
The name changed. What it named did not. This app does that job — it remembers and it keeps, nothing more. It does not diagnose, advise, or decide. Everyone has, or had, someone who did this; it is for when remembering all of it stops being possible.
Free for your own record. Always.
Paying adds automatic encrypted backup, restoring onto a new phone, and room for the people you look after. From ₹999 a year.
