Refunds & cancellation
Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account. A UPI AutoPay mandate can also be cancelled directly in your own banking or UPI app, and we will not attempt to collect after that.
Cancelling stops future payments. Your subscription runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds
If you cancel within ⚠ TO FILL: refund window, e.g. 7 days of a payment and have not restored a backup, we refund it in full — write to support@prescryption.in.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically take ⚠ TO FILL: settlement time, e.g. 5–7 working days , depending on your bank.
What happens to your records
Cancelling never deletes anything. The app keeps working on your phone exactly as before, and you can download whatever is stored with us at any time — subscription or not. Losing the ability to pay must not mean losing the record.
Deleting your account
You may ask us to erase your account and any encrypted backup at any time. We complete erasure within ⚠ TO FILL: erasure window, e.g. 30 days . The copy on your own phone is yours and is not affected.
